We further expand the range of customers. We take over a very important fleet in service. We open the branch in Sardinia. Inspections are now a regular part of the business: we intervene having thoroughly understood all the maintenance needs of the generator, which allows for better planning of activities and in practice repairing minor damage in hidden time; work time is thus reduced by 30%. OptiXpert ™, our proprietary image capture and reprocessing technique allows us to "discover" much more than the human eye can see, further improving the efficiency of inspections. Our staff grows further and the first in-house specialisation courses are held. We move the headquarters of operations to the industrial area of Carini (Palermo). We start building a Class C catamaran for the Small America's Cup.

These are activities which we carry out in close cooperation with our Customers; these are the advanced borderline between daily maintenance and R&D.

Our history

2000-2009
The largest shipyard in Southern Italy for composite megayachts over 40 metres long is established in Sicily. Five megayachts between 42 and 45 metres in length are launched for the world's leading yachting brands, in addition to the moulding model for a 49-metre megayacht. Also produced are models/moulds and moulds for a series of 4 20-metre yachts, models and moulds for a 24-metre series for one of the world's leading yachting brands, as well as models/moulds/moulds for parts of many other yachts for various Customers.

Our turnover has grown by 300% in five years and we are growing in double figures again this year.
We work all year round and now serve 50% of the towers installed in Italy.
